Meet the Team
Owners
Scott Meyers was born and raised right here in the Tri-Cities. He manages and coordinates the shop operations and the automotive technicians. He is an ASE certified MASTER automotive technician. Scott has been in the automotive industry since 1978, which gives him the insight into just what a customer is looking for in an automotive repair facility.

Jessica Meyers was born in Rhode Island and grew up in California before moving to the Tri-Cities in 1986. She manages the advertising, customer relations and accounting department. Jessica and Haley job-share the bookkeeping duties. Haley takes the morning shift and Jessica the afternoon.

Service Advisors
Delvin is our service manager. He became part of the Meyers' Auto Tech team in March of 2008. He has a background in both the automotive parts and automotive services industries. Delvin has been involved in the automotive field since 1984.

Sarah Allison is one of our Service Advisors. She came to us in the summer of 2007 as an intern from Columbia Basin College's automotive technology program.
After finishing her AAS degree in Automotive Service Technology she came to work for us as a service advisor.

Brad, is one of our Service Advisors. He joined the Meyers' Auto Tech team in 2008. Brad has been in the automotive industry since 2005. After graduating from Universal Technical Institute with a degree in automotive and diesel technology he started in parts, then service, then worked his was to being a service advisor.

Bookkeeping
Haley Lakey, performs our bookkeeping services from her home. Haley joined the Meyers' Auto Tech team in May 2006 when she decided to stay home after their son was born. Haley has been involved in cash management since 2001 including 5 years in the banking industry.

Automotive Technicians
Tom Toyooka is one of our automotive technicians. Tom was the first technician to join the Meyers' Auto Tech team in November of 1999. He is an ASE certified MASTER automotive technician specializing in everything! There is simply no diagnostic or mechanical problem that Tom cannot handle. Tom has extensive experience in European, Asian, and domestic vehicle repair, service, and diagnostics.

Ben Gatewood is one of our automotive technicians. He joined the Meyers' Auto Tech team in October of 2000. Ben is an ASE certified automotive technician with experience working at the dealership level.

Joe is one of our automotive technicians. He joined the Meyers' Auto Tech team in 2008. Joe has been involved in the automotive industry since 1988. He is an ASE certified MASTER automotive technician.

Meyers' Auto Tech is a family-owned, Christian business that has been serving the community since 1998. Scott & Jessica Meyers have worked hard to create a friendly, trust-worthy, capable team to service all of your automotive needs.
We put the customer ahead of profit. We make the effort to go beyond what the customer expects. Our view on customer service is simply, "If we don't take care of our customers, someone else will".
